Seamless Transformation: Converting a Supermarket to a Gross Market Concept
To support our client’s goal of increasing revenue, we managed the complete conversion of their existing supermarket into a "Gross Wholesale" concept. Following a detailed site survey and the finalization of the architectural layout, we moved all selected equipment into production.
The core of this project’s success lay in the operational planning. To prevent any business interruption, we executed a phased renovation of the two-story store. By completing the dismantling and installation of each floor within just 48 hours, the entire transformation was finalized in five days. This strategic coordination allowed the store to evolve into its new brand identity without a single day of sales loss.
